Biography
Jessica Barahona’s practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
Jessica first started at BoMc as a Patent Specialist while completing her Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics and Molecular Biochemistry (Bioinformatics Track) from The George Washington University. The program is one of the first in the U.S. devoted exclusively to teaching important genome-wide approaches to medicine and biology.
Prior to joining BoMc, Jessica held various IP support roles at a leading multi-national law firm. Jessica has eight years of patent prosecution related experience and uses the knowledge gained from previous roles to bring a unique perspective to her role as a Patent Agent.
