Biography
Ivy Haase’s practice includes patent prosecution and post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Ivy has experience with consumer products, medical devices, ballistic devices, and energy-generation technologies. She assisted in representing clients in inter partes review proceedings before the USPTO as well as due-diligence evaluations of patent portfolios.
During law school, Ivy served as the Notes Editor of IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for IP, the President of the Patent Law Forum, and a member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association (SIPLA).
