Law360 recently spoke with BoMc’s Managing Partner, Chris Agrawal about the firm’s growth from two attorneys to more than 55 attorneys in just over a decade. Chris offered up some choice quotes on careful planning and infrastructure building:

“The secret to success lies in planning ahead, especially when it comes to organizing the firm and facilitating communication. We’ve always had these mechanisms that we put in place early on to help with coordinating, like weekly all-attorney meetings, bandwidth questionnaires, [and] our mentor program. All of those things have become more and more important as we’ve grown so we’re fortunate that we put them in place early on.”

On recruiting, Chris emphasizes the importance of growth:

“As we grow, I think we’re a better place to work[.] Candidates want to be at a place where the firm is growing, where more opportunities are opening up[,] so the growth is a positive for recruiting.”
