Elissa started her career as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and as a patent litigator in large, general practice law firms. Since joining BoMc, she has earned the trust of numerous clients and attorneys in the firm. Elissa’s contributions have been instrumental in growing the firm’s work over a wide variety of matters across many clients.

Elissa’s experience spans a broad range of technological areas, including medical devices, image processing, artificial intelligence, healthcare software and technology, computer systems, consumer products, aerospace, and heavy machinery. She brings a stellar legal mind and significant experience to her work on FTOs, opinions, and agreements. Elissa has also served the firm well as an Associate Liaison and IDEA committee member.
