Aaron joined BoMc after several years at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and in private practice. He couples a keen understanding of USPTO practice with a big-picture mindset to help BoMc clients meet and exceed their short- and long-term expectations.
Aaron Johnson advises both domestic and international clients on patent procurement, patent portfolio analysis, due diligence investigations, and contentious proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has managed intellectual property matters for clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations on a diverse spectrum of technologies focusing largely on software, hardware, and biotechnology with an increasing specialty in crypto/fintech, telecommunications, and artificial intelligence.
