On Tuesday, October 22, Kirsten Johnson will speak on a panel hosted by the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court on the doctrine of equivalents. The panel will discuss recent developments in the doctrine of equivalents, and address strategies for dealing with the doctrine of equivalents in litigation, PTAB proceedings, and prosecution. The panel will also discuss whether developments in other aspects of patent law are causing a resurgence for the doctrine of equivalents.
