For the third year in a row, BoMc has made The Washington Post’s list of “Top Workplaces.” BoMc is again the highest-ranking law firm in the Small Employer category (50-149 employees).
This year, more than 8,800 area companies were invited to participate in this year’s survey. The Washington Post recognized 92 Small Employers and 250 employers total in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. The top companies were selected based on survey responses from more than 137,000 employees on criteria ranging from employee development to innovation.
Top Workplaces is the nation’s leading employer recognition program. All Top Workplace lists are based solely on employee feedback. A 35 percent response rate is required to be considered for Top Workplaces designation.
