BoMc ranks near the top of Law360’s annual list of “Most Diverse Equity Partnerships.” With 44 percent of its partnership composed of racial or ethnic minorities, BoMc is fifth in the country amongst firms of 100 or fewer attorneys and sixth amongst firms of any size.
Law360 Pulse’s most recent survey found that just over 11 percent of equity partners identified as a person of color despite students of color now making up nearly 32 percent of the law school student population.
