BoMc Again Tops Law360’s “Best Firms for Minority Attorneys” and “Best Firms for Minority Equity Partners”

For the second year in a row, BoMc is No. 1 on Law360’s “Best Firms for Minority Attorneys” and “Best Firms for Minority Equity Partners” lists for firms of 20-149 attorneys. At 47.6 percent total minority attorneys and 50 percent total minority partners, BoMc also leads all surveyed firms nationwide, regardless of size.

Law360 surveyed more than 300 U.S. firms, including 88 of the 100 largest U.S.-based firms, as ranked by the Law360 400, about their overall and minority headcount numbers as of December 31, 2017.
