For the second year in a row, BoMc has been listed on The Washington Post’s “Top Workplaces” annual rankings. BoMc is the highest-ranking law firm in the Small Employer category. This year, the survey went to 6,865 organizations with 200 employers eventually making the final cut.
According to The Washington Post, “to get on this list is no small feat. Over 35 percent of a company workforce must have answered 24 questions in an annual survey.” In its commentary, the publication notes, “[BoMc] offers a flexible work policy, with many of its lawyers being fully remote. Employees described the culture as warm and friendly.”
