Biography

Ryan Miller is a patent attorney who helps clients secure and protect their intellectual property by assisting with patent preparation and prosecution, as well as general intellectual property counseling and enforcement. Ryan frequently collaborates with inventors, engages with patent examiners, and develops strategic intellectual property solutions tailored to each client’s business objectives. Ryan has experience with a wide range of technologies, from generative AI and smartphone applications to mechanical devices and product design.

Prior to joining BoMc, Ryan was an attorney at a large general practice law firm. In that position, Ryan prepared and prosecuted patent applications, conducted patentability and freedom-to-operate searches, and represented intellectual property owners and challengers before U.S. District Courts, U.S. Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
